Sultan is the founder of ilumeny GmbH, building AI-powered tools that automate mainframe discovery, schema migration, and legacy code modernization for banks, insurers, and regulated institutions — on-premise or EU-hosted, GDPR/DORA-compliant by design.
This is backed by a comprehensive career in software development and IT architecture. Sultan worked for UniCredit (HVB, Bank Austria, UniCredit Italy) for 24 years, successfully fulfilling various roles such as Java Software Developer, Software Designer, Application Expert, and then Solution Architect. With a deep understanding of banking software architecture and development, as well as proven expertise in implementing DevOps practices and agile project management methodologies, Sultan ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget.
